SIGN INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Installation Supervisor to join our installation team in the Seattle market. If you have 3+ years of experience in sign/graphics installation and/or construction related fieldwork, possess the necessary certifications and skills, and are ready to contribute to our dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

As a Sign Installation Supervisor, you will be a key member of our installation team responsible for the precise installation of signage and/or graphics. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring that our signage projects are executed flawlessly.

Sign Installation Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Set up projects including planning and scheduling.
• Be responsible for supervising install crews and provide daily direction.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written, with other trades and management teams.
• Safely and efficiently install signage, both interior and exterior, according to project specifications.
• Capture, document and report all change orders.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate installation of signage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that may arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
• Conduct field audits to confirm safety compliance and quality
• Complete accurate installation records and documentation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior installers as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to project locations, with potential for overnight travel as needed.

Sign Installation Superintendent Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in signage/graphics installation.
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 4 MASTER SIGN ELECTRICIAN LICENSE.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory and/or lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components related to sign installation.
• Proficiency in vinyl installation techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and training installation teams.
