Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the DON in overseeing nursing operations to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Participate in staff training and the onboarding of new employees, including trainees from our partner trade school.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in resident outcomes.

What They’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an ADON or in a nursing leadership role preferably in long-term care.
  • A valid RN license.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for senior care and enhancing the lives of our residents.
