Job Description

A community bank in LaSalle is seeking a Credit Analyst to support lenders across Weld County and northern Colorado. The role focuses on financial analysis, risk rating, and underwriting support, with room to grow into lending or credit leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Work with loan officers on new loan requests and annual reviews
• Spread financial statements and review tax returns and cash flow
• Assign risk ratings and write organized credit memos
• Help train other staff on credit procedures
• Assist with month-end and regulatory reporting
• Keep credit files compliant with bank policy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years as a bank credit analyst preferred
• Skilled with Excel and spreading software
• Detail oriented with excellent written skills
• Wants a path into lending or credit
