Tax Manager | Milwaukee, WI

Ready to run a section of the tax practice and grow people under you? An expanding public accounting firm prized for low turnover and collaboration is hiring a Tax Manager in Milwaukee.

About the Role:

• Serve as a primary advisor for business and individual tax clients
• Mentor, train and develop staff and seniors on the tax team
• Review complex returns before they go out the door
• Lead planning and year-end projection conversations with owners
• Research technical issues and document sound conclusions

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Solid command of federal and state tax regulations
