A highly regarded Wisconsin law firm is seeking a Trusts and Estates Attorney. This is an outstanding opportunity to handle sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters within a client-focused and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

• Draft estate planning documents tailored to complex family and business structures.

• Manage trust and estate administrations from inception to completion, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accountings.

• Provide guidance on tax-efficient planning, charitable giving, and business succession strategies.

• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to ensure integrated client solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed and in good standing with The Wisconsin Bar.

• 2-5 years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.

• Strong knowledge of Wisconsin estate, trust, and tax law.

• Excellent drafting, research, and client communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently with attention to detail and professionalism.
