Responsibilities
Interpret prints and plan machining operations
Set up and operate CNC/manual mills and lathes
Measure, mark, and machine metal parts to specification
Monitor machine performance and identify tool or equipment issues
Maintain machines, tools, and work area
Fit and assemble parts for production and repair
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
2+ years of machining or vocational experience preferred
Ability to read prints and perform shop math
Strong mechanical aptitude and measurement skills
