Your Impact

• Strategize: Investigate claims, analyze liability/damages, and develop winning case-handling strategies.
• Advocate: Draft high-stakes motions, pleadings, memos, and letters.
• Litigate: Defend clients across a broad spectrum of general and professional liability matters, managing cases with precision and professional flair.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience (or a strong interest) in General Liability, Professional Liability, or Insurance Defense.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to "own" a file.
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to meet the 1850 billing goal.
