Litigation Attorney | Palm Beach, FL

A highly respected law firm in Palm Beach is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its Trust & Estate Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to be a frontline litigator, regularly appear in court, and develop expertise in a sophisticated area of litigation.

What You'll Do

  • Take an active role in depositions, mediations, hearings, and motion practice
  • Manage litigation matters and take ownership of cases from discovery through resolution
  • Work directly with clients and attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies
  • Handle and navigate the discovery process, including document requests, interrogatories, and depositions
  • Develop expertise in Trust & Estate Litigation, including contested probate, trust, and guardianship matters

What We're Looking For

  • Motivated litigator who genuinely wants to be in the courtroom and handle cases
  • Experience taking depositions, arguing hearings, and managing discovery
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn a new substantive area of law
  • Prior experience with a State Attorney's Office or Public Defender's Office is a plus
