Mass Torts Attorney

I am working with the leadership of a well-established plaintiffs’ litigation firm that is seeking a mid- to senior-level Mass Torts Attorney to join its NY office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with asbestos litigation experience who is ready to manage complex mass tort matters and help lead a high-performing case-management team.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses. 

What We Need

  • Required: Plaintiffs’ mass torts experience with a strong asbestos litigation background.
  • Mid-level to senior-level litigation experience.
  • Experience managing mass tort cases and multiple active dockets from inception through resolution.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring paralegals, legal assistants, or junior attorneys.
  • Strong legal research, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
