Our client, a dynamic and growing player in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an energetic and detail-driven Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist to support the financial operations of their busy facility. While the primary focus of this role is accounts receivable, you’ll also get hands-on with accounts payable and play a key part in keeping the financial engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
Generate customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate posting of incoming payments
Follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain proactive communication with customers
Enter and process vendor invoices and payments as needed
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any discrepancies
Keep financial records up to date and aligned with internal procedures
Support the month-end close process and assist the Controller with reporting and reconciliations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in billing and purchasing
Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, delivering top-notch service with a professional and friendly attitude
What You Bring:
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or production-based accounting environments
Required:
1–3 years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting
Familiarity with accounting software and intermediate Excel skills
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
