Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal teams
Track schedules, budgets, and quality control
Ensure jobsite safety and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
Experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities
Familiarity with modern construction software (Procore or similar preferred)
A team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term stability and growth
