This company needs an elite Operations Manager who understands how to drive execution, improve margins, and build structured, accountable teams.
The right Operations Manager will operate at a championship level — balancing field leadership, financial discipline, and strategic growth initiatives.
Lead daily service and production operations across multiple crews
Drive profitability through labor efficiency, cost control, and scheduling discipline
Mentor project managers, field supervisors, and administrative support staff
Implement KPIs and reporting systems that create accountability
Partner with ownership on forecasting, planning, and operational scaling
Protect safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards
The ideal Operations Manager brings:
7+ years of progressive leadership in roofing or construction operations
Strong P&L management and margin improvement experience
Experience managing multiple teams and field personnel
A process-driven mindset with the ability to build structure
A leadership style that sets high expectations and delivers results
