Job Description

A prestigious international firm is seeking a Trademark Associate to join their Dallas Trademark practice.

Experience: 2-5 years of trademark experience in representing large brand owners. 

Responsibilities:

• Trademark clearance
• Prosecution
• Counseling
• Enforcement

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, transcript required for consideration.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Writing sample required.
• Salary: $110,000 to $180,000
