They’re actively seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lender to join their team and take ownership of an established portfolio while continuing to drive new business.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate clients
Cultivate new relationships through referrals, calling, and networking
Assess client business and personal needs to deliver tailored financing solutions
Negotiate loan structures and cross-sell additional services
Oversee renewals and documentation while monitoring portfolio performance
Stay current on market trends and competitive offerings
Build and maintain a professional network of referral sources and COIs
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending
Strong credit knowledge and familiarity with banking policies
Formal credit training preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Compensation:
Estimated base salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually
Bonus eligible
Final compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications
