HVAC Technical Sales Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Travel: Up to 25%
Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000 Total Compensation (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the assigned territory
Travel up to 25% within the region
Develop relationships with engineers, contractors, consultants, and building owners
Promote HVAC equipment, systems, and technical capabilities
Prepare detailed equipment recommendations and cost estimates
Stay current on product offerings and industry advancements
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to support project execution
Provide market feedback on customer needs and competitive trends
Represent the company professionally within the marketplace
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Controls, Engineering, or Technical Sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team-oriented with the ability to operate independently
Valid driver’s license required
