The Candidate Profile
We are seeking a legal strategist who views a deposition not as a routine discovery tool, but as the pivotal moment to win a case.
Experience: 10–20 years of intensive litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense).
The "Deposition Expert": You possess a mastery of witness examination, a deep understanding of medical/technical experts, and the ability to extract critical testimony under pressure.
Executive Presence: A polished, formidable advocate who thrives in a professional, in-office culture.
Trial Ready: While the focus is on expert-level discovery and strategy, you possess the gravitas to see a case through to a successful verdict or a landmark resolution.
