Seeking Litigation Attorney | Premier Oregon Boutique | $130k–$160k

I am currently partnering with a highly respected, boutique law firm in Oregon that is looking to expand its litigation team. You will join a team of talented practitioners, working on a diverse range of complex matters. The firm is known for its low billable target, allowing you to focus on the quality of your work rather than the quantity of your hours.

Key Practice Areas:

  • Commercial & Real Estate Disputes

  • Commercial Construction Defect

  • Employment & Labor Litigation

  • Municipal Litigation & Land Use

  • Fiduciary Services & Creditors’ Rights

Compensation & Environment

  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually (depending on experience).

  • Flexibility: A true hybrid and flexible work environment.

  • Mentorship: Hands-on development alongside elite practitioners in a collaborative setting.

Desired Background

  • Experience: 4+ years of litigation experience in Oregon.

  • Trial Skills: First-chair trial experience is a major plus.

  • Licensure: Admitted to practice in Oregon (Washington experience/admission is a major plus).

  • Skills: Strong writing, research, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
