$75,000–$95,000, depending on experience

This opportunity is ideal for someone with CNC machining, estimating, or process planning experience who enjoys solving problems and working closely with production.

What You’ll Do

• Review blueprints, specifications, and requests for quotes.
• Determine machining processes, tooling, equipment, and operation sequences.
• Estimate setup and run times, materials, labor, and outside processing costs.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to confirm feasibility and timelines.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
• Strong blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation skills.
• An understanding of machining processes and manufacturing costs.
• Attention to detail, organization, and clear communication.
• Estimating, quoting, or process planning experience preferred.
