Experienced Estate Planning Paralegal – Confidential Search

A highly respected, boutique estate planning and business law firm in the St. Louis area is seeking a full-time, senior-level Paralegal to join their dynamic team. About the Role

In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys with:

  • Drafting and preparing estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney)

  • Preparing funding documents (including deeds and closely held business transfers)

  • Supporting Trust Administration and Probate cases, including preparing court filings and related documentation

  • Managing casework from inception to completion, with direct client communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent qualifications

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Professional presence and polished communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estate planning software (e.g., Wealth Counsel) preferred

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent client service
