Lateral Partner – Trust & Estates

A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Partner to join its West Palm office in a lateral capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an established attorney looking to join a strong platform with sophisticated clients, quality work, and the resources to support continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters
• Handle complex trust, estate, wealth transfer, and tax planning matters
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and other professionals
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's Trust & Estates practice

What We're Looking For

• Established Trust & Estates attorney with significant experience
• Strong background in estate planning, trusts, and related tax matters
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
• Strong technical, communication, and business-development skills
• Florida Bar admission in good standing
