MECHANICAL PM / SPM QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 9+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects
✔️ Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, from design review through commissioning and closeout
✔️ Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost control
✔️ Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and owners
✔️ Leadership skills to mentor project teams and drive projects to on-time, high-quality completion
