Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation)

 Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation) Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience managing a case from intake up to trial preparation
• Conduct client consultations and gather case information
• Oversee the preparation of demand letters, medical records review and negitiations
• Provide legal advice to cients and maintain commucnication throughout case process
• Exceptional oral & written communication
• Strong academic background preferred
• Ability to work as a team player
• Licensed in TX in good standing
