We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead business development efforts and drive growth across Southern and Northern California. This high-impact role focuses on expanding referral partnerships, increasing market presence, and generating new revenue opportunities within the restoration and mitigation industry. The ideal candidate brings established industry relationships, a strong business development background, and a proven ability to grow referral networks and drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with water damage companies, franchise groups, and key referral partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase referral volume and strengthen market presence.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of referral partners and prospective accounts.
  • Track business development activities and manage account relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to help shape and scale future business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Business development or account management experience within the restoration, mitigation, remediation, or related service industry required.
  • Established network of industry contacts and referral relationships strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships required.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills required.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed growth objectives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Commission: 10% of gross profit per job (approximately $125 average payout per job).
