As the end of the year is quickly approaching, one of our clients is currently looking into finding a proven Demolition Estimator who has the ability to spearhead their daily operations in all facets.
Demolition Estimator Requirements:
- 7+ years of estimating project costs for demolition and excavation projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine scope and requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and evaluate potential challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as necessary
