About the Role:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a renewal book of business, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring top-tier service for RIA commercial clients and prospects. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, company partners, and clients to maintain strong business relationships and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of renewal business accounts assigned by the agency.
Quote accounts online and prepare submissions for necessary markets.
Collaborate with Account Executives on new and renewal accounts; attend client visits when requested.
Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and company partners.
Distribute certificates and organize information required for quoting purposes.
Support career development by pursuing continuing education and professional designations.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance.
Advanced computer skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Performance Measurement:
Performance will be reviewed semi-annually and will include, but not be limited to:
New business production.
Processing efficiency.
Workload management.
Account retention rates.
