This firm has 31 years of excellence spanning 22 offices across 12 states, and is committed to being recognized nationally as a leading insurance law firm.

  • 5-7 years of practice experience in workers' compensation defense
  • Portable book of business preferred, though not required
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia
  • A commitment to the firm's vision of being a nationally recognized insurance law firm

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to effectively multitask

Logistics:

  • Responsibilities include assessing new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations; identifying pleading requirements and delegating tasks to paralegals; preparing discovery responses and managing document production; attending depositions, hearings, and other discovery events; negotiating settlements and securing authority; and maintaining regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
