SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 3+ years of field leadership experience on healthcare construction projects
✔️ 3–6 years of experience as a Field Engineer preferred
✔️ Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control (ICRA) and work in occupied facilities
✔️ Ability to manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and daily field operations
✔️ Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills
