Senior Commercial Construction Estimator

A well-established commercial General Contractor in the Toledo area is hiring a Senior Estimator to join their team! You'll be estimating a diverse mix of commercial projects with a company that offers long-term stability and real career growth. This role offers $80,000 - $140,000 depending on experience!

SENIOR ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, ideally with a General Contractor

• Experience estimating a diverse mix of commercial project types

• Ability to review drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and bids

• Strong skills in quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid leveling, and pricing

• Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, ProEst, or similar)

• Sharp eye for scope gaps, cost risks, and value engineering opportunities

SENIOR ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead estimates from conceptual budgets through hard bid and negotiated proposals

• Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Prepare bid packages, proposals, and clear scope documentation

• Work closely with Project Managers on a smooth handoff from precon to construction

• Mentor and support junior estimators

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
