Commercial Construction Project Manager – 2 Openings
A growing commercial General Contractor in Northeast Ohio is hiring TWO Project Managers to join their team. Projects include a diverse mix of commercial tenant improvement work along with some ground-up construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with 3-5 years of experience who wants variety, ownership of their projects, and long-term stability.
PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Tenant improvement experience required; ground-up experience a plus
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience managing subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Excellent relationship-building with clients, architects, and trade partners
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• $100,000 - $130,000
