Put your BD skills to work for an AISC-certified Michigan steel erector focused on Midwest projects of 5,000+ tons. The permanent full-time Business Development Manager role offers $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives with Midwest travel.

How you'll contribute

• Open doors with general contractors and owners for steel erection awards
• Lead pursuits on structural steel packages of 5,000+ tons
• Track upcoming bids, competitor activity, and Midwest forecasts
• Travel across the Midwest to advance pursuits and deepen client ties
• Represent an AISC-certified Michigan erector wherever decisions happen

You bring

• Sales or BD experience in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• Experience winning large Midwest tonnage work
• Ties to general contractors, fabricators, or owners preferred
• Ready for frequent Midwest travel
• Persuasive communicator who follows through to award
