STRUCTURAL PROJECT ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 0–3 years of construction experience
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field preferred
✔️ Interest in or exposure to structural steel, concrete, and foundation scopes
✔️ Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawing reviews, and project documentation
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
