CIVIL ESTIMATOR – EARTHWORK & SITE UTILITIES!
A growing civil site-development contractor in Northeast Ohio is looking for an Estimator to join their team! This role offers compensation up to $120,000, steady work, and the chance to grow with a company that values its people.
CIVIL ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Experience estimating earthwork, site utilities, and civil site-development projects
✔️ Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and build detailed estimates and bid proposals
✔️ Strong understanding of equipment, labor, production rates, and material costs
✔️ Ability to read civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
✔️ Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, or AGTek is a plus
✔️ Strong communication skills with project managers, field teams, and vendors
