PE / APM QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required
✔️ Experience on commercial construction projects; public work experience preferred
✔️ Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
✔️ Support project managers with budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a Project Manager role
