I'm currently recruiting for 3 exciting opportunities in Lakewood, NJ!
Experience in title insurance, escrow, and real estate closings.
Knowledge of settlement statements, closing documents, and lender requirements.
Experience coordinating funding, wire transfers, and disbursements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
5+ years of NY title searching/typing experience.
Strong knowledge of NY property records, municipal searches, and chain of title.
Experience researching deeds, mortgages, liens, and judgments.
Ability to prepare accurate title reports and supporting documentation.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
1–2+ years of experience in title, escrow, banking, financial services, or real estate operations.
Knowledge of 1031 tax-deferred real estate exchanges preferred.
Ability to manage critical 45-day and 180-day exchange deadlines.
Experience coordinating documentation, escrow transactions, and client communications.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
