C&I Commercial Lender in Oklahoma City

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a C&I loan portfolio through proactive business development efforts

  • Call on prospective and existing clients to generate new loan and deposit relationships

  • Structure and negotiate commercial credit facilities including lines of credit, term loans, and treasury solutions

  • Analyze financial statements, tax returns, borrowing base certificates, and cash flow to assess credit risk

  • Partner with credit analysts and underwriting teams to prepare loan packages and recommendations

  • Monitor portfolio performance, manage renewals, and proactively address credit quality concerns

  • Cross-sell bank products including deposits, treasury management, and other commercial services

  • Maintain strong community presence and referral networks (CPAs, attorneys, business owners)

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of commercial lending experience with a focus on C&I

  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and cash flow lending

  • Proven success in business development and relationship management

  • Knowledge of loan structuring, documentation, and risk management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
