Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Care

Compensation: $78,000 – $93,000 base + 5% bonus each pay period
Schedule: Full-time, flexible scheduling

Your Role

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver personalized end-of-life care across multiple settings — including private homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities.
You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers to provide holistic, compassionate support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

  • Provide direct clinical care and emotional support to patients and families

  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members

  • Manage documentation and maintain compliance with hospice standards

  • Prioritize daily tasks, visits, and urgent patient needs with strong time management


What You Bring

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing)

  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
