Civil Project Manager in Billings

Job Description

A growing civil construction company is seeking a Project Manager. They are looking for someone with experience with waste water treatment plants, bridges, underground utilities, earthwork, etc. This role is office-based with some day-travel to the work sites. There is bonus potential as well as a competitive salary. This group is a smaller branch of a strong mid-sized group, so you'd have the backing and power of a large company but the tight-knit feel of a small outfit!

Requirements For Civil Project Manager 

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction
• Heavy civil construction experience 
• Good documentation skills
• Proactive in solving issues quickly
• Timely and Organized
• Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring

Responsibilities for Civil Project Manager 

• Work well with all other team members
• Effectively communicate progress/problems with relevant team members
• Prepare Project Production Schedules 
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
• Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job
