Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Quality Control professional to lead and support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015
Lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities and prepare customer-ready documentation
Develop, update, and manage quality documentation including the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, and records
Manage calibration and gage control programs, including equipment procurement, calibration, and record maintenance
Collect, analyze, and report measurement data to identify trends, process capability, and improvement opportunities
Support receiving, in-process, and final inspections as needed
Communicate quality findings and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing and engineering teams
Conduct routine audits to ensure quality processes are followed and effective
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages
Ability to operate and understand a manual CMM
Mitutoyo experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of machining, manufacturing processes, and mechanical assembly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Travel: Occasional
