🌍 International Operations Specialist – Air & Ocean Imports
We’re seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to join our growing international team. In this role, you’ll oversee both Air and Ocean import operations, ensuring smooth shipments, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do:
✅ Coordinate and manage Air/Ocean import shipments from start to finish
✅ Communicate with clients by phone and email to provide timely updates and solutions
✅ Prepare competitive rate quotes and negotiate with partners and agents
✅ Monitor transit milestones, providing proactive shipment tracking and status reports
✅ Support client-specific requests and deliver on time, every time
✅ Maintain strong importer relationships and knowledge of trade lanes
✅ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including TSA and FMC standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Air/Ocean import forwarding or logistics operations
✔️ Solid understanding of international import processes and documentation
✔️ Strong computer skills and analytical abilities
✔️ Proven ability to handle quoting for customers and global agents
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔️ A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong professional relationships

SALARY: $60,000.00 TO $110,000.00
