Join a Growing, Physician-Led Aesthetic Practice
We are seeking an experienced, driven Medical Aesthetician with an established client following to join our expanding, results-focused aesthetic practice.
This is an opportunity for a confident, patient-centered provider who thrives in a medical environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, noninvasive aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is skilled, personable, motivated by performance, and excited to grow alongside a collaborative clinical team.
This role is both patient-facing and revenue-generating, offering autonomy, growth potential, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships within a physician-led setting.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in both clinical outcomes and practice growth by:
Performing Advanced Noninvasive Treatments
Including, but not limited to:
Medical-grade facials
Chemical peels
Microneedling
Radiofrequency and/or ultrasound-based skin tightening
Body contouring and skin rejuvenation treatments (based on experience)
Delivering Exceptional Patient Care
Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
Educate patients on skincare regimens, maintenance plans, and treatment sequencing
Build strong, long-term patient relationships grounded in trust and results
Driving Growth & Revenue
Confidently recommend and sell medical-grade skincare
Maintain and grow your existing client following
Attract new patients through service excellence and engagement
Participate in marketing initiatives including social media and events (with appropriate consent)
Supporting Clinical Excellence
Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
Follow all safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols
Collaborate closely with the physician and team to ensure high patient satisfaction
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications
Current state aesthetician license
2–3+ years experience in a medical aesthetics or advanced medspa setting
Experience with noninvasive aesthetic modalities
Proven track record in retail skincare sales
Established client following (strongly preferred)
Strong consultation skills and confident communication style
Professional presence and patient-first mindset
Comfortable working in a performance-based, results-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a physician-led aesthetic practice
Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines
Social media presence relevant to aesthetics (Instagram or TikTok following is a plus)
Experience with device-based treatments aligned with your platform mix
