Relocation required: this role is on-site in Columbia, Missouri. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Opportunity for a bridge-focused QC Manager currently in or near Denver to relocate to Columbia, Missouri and take ownership of inspection, NDT, and certification compliance in a steel bridge fab shop.

Your focus:

• Lead and perform weld inspection and NDT coverage across bridge steel production
• Maintain compliance with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specifications
• Build and run inspection plans, quality documentation, and NCR/corrective action
• Coordinate with production, project managers, and third-party inspectors

You will need:

• Must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO
• UT Level II
• Hands-on experience with AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication quality
• CWI certification
• 8+ years in steel fabrication QC
