Associate Attorney – Business Litigation - San Diego, CA 

A boutique law firm in San Diego is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1–2 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. Responsibilities:

• Support senior attorneys with a wide range of business litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Assist in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
• Perform document review and analysis.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain communication with client representatives.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings under supervision.
• Collaborate with the legal team on case strategy and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• 1–2 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
