Job Posting: Commercial Drywall Estimator Manager
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimating Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control within the commercial drywall industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the estimating department, ensuring timely and accurate bid preparation

  • Manage multiple project estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission

  • Collaborate with operations, project managers, and field teams to ensure alignment on scopes and cost expectations

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify risk and opportunity

  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors

  • Track costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist with change orders and value engineering

  • Mentor and support junior estimators and assist with department training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a strong focus in drywall

  • Proven experience managing an estimating team or leading large-scale estimating efforts

  • Strong knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Strong tenure and consistent work history in commercial construction

  • Ability to manage deadlines and perform under pressure
