Litigation Attorney- Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling Complex Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, Bankruptcy Litigation matters, including trial preparation and/or direct trial experience, and be equally adept at navigating disputes. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cases, collaborate with a team of talented attorneys, and develop professionally in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation or direct trial.
  • Represent clients in various Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, Bankruptcy Litigation matters.
  • Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, practical advice tailored to their business objectives.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Appear in court and advocate effectively during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials or assist in trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal representation.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years experience in litigation preferred.
  • Trial preparation and/or direct trial experience.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed in MA in good standing.
