Develop and manage a C&I loan portfolio through proactive business development efforts
Call on prospective and existing clients to generate new loan and deposit relationships
Structure and negotiate commercial credit facilities including lines of credit, term loans, and treasury solutions
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, borrowing base certificates, and cash flow to assess credit risk
Partner with credit analysts and underwriting teams to prepare loan packages and recommendations
Monitor portfolio performance, manage renewals, and proactively address credit quality concerns
Cross-sell bank products including deposits, treasury management, and other commercial services
Maintain strong community presence and referral networks (CPAs, attorneys, business owners)
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of commercial lending experience with a focus on C&I
Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and cash flow lending
Proven success in business development and relationship management
Knowledge of loan structuring, documentation, and risk management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
