Are you ready to step into a role that blends sales leadership with general management responsibility? Our client, a family-owned business with over 90 years of history and an average employee tenure of 12+ years, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their Central Valley operation. This is a hands-on position where you’ll not only drive new business growth but also oversee office and warehouse personnel while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of four office staff and warehouse personnel.

  • Develop new customer relationships, primarily within the foodservice sector (restaurants, distributors, etc.).

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between sales, office, and warehouse functions.

  • Utilize Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office/Teams to track performance and support reporting.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm to expand its market presence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Produce industry experience is required; foodservice experience strongly preferred over retail.

  • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of building new business.

  • Experience managing and motivating teams, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive leadership style.

  • Strong technical skills: Excel (Pivot Tables), Microsoft Office, Teams.

  • Quality assurance experience in foodservice is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Onsite in Delano, CA | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 1 Saturday per month, 7:00 AM – Noon

  • Salary: $85K + commission
