A well-established Personal Injury Law Firm in Raleigh is seeking a talented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. If you’re detail-driven, client-focused, and passionate about supporting injured clients, this is a strong opportunity to grow within a dedicated PI practice.
✨ What You’ll Do
Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers & attorneys
Draft demands, discovery responses, correspondence, and case documents
Request and organize medical records/billing
Monitor deadlines, schedule appointments, and maintain case calendars
Provide compassionate, consistent support to injured clients
Assist attorneys with trial prep as needed
✨ What We're Looking For
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
1–3+ years of personal injury paralegal or case manager experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
Professional, client-focused, and proactive work style
Must work onsite in Raleigh, NC
✨ Compensation & Benefits
$45,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
Full-time, in-office position
