Job Description

Lead quality for bridge steel fabrication near Fulton, Missouri. This QC Manager seat covers weld inspection, documentation, and keeping every girder and member inspection-ready for highway and bridge work.

What you will do:

• Maintain compliance with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate with production, project managers, and third-party inspectors
• Lead and perform weld inspection and NDT coverage across bridge steel production
• Build and run inspection plans, quality documentation, and NCR/corrective action

What you bring:

• UT Level II
• CWI certification
• 8+ years in steel fabrication QC
• Hands-on experience with AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication quality
