We’re hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Operator who cares about the work and wants to be part of a shop that values craftsmanship, consistency, and doing things the right way.
You won’t just push buttons — you’ll be trusted to run quality parts, keep machines dialed in, and speak up when something doesn’t look right.
If you take pride in tight tolerances, clean setups, and finishing your shift knowing you produced good work, you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Run CNC machines to produce parts to print
Load and unload materials, monitor machine cycles
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Make minor offsets and adjustments to hold tolerance
Change tooling and keep machines running efficiently
Read basic blueprints and work instructions
Catch issues early before they become scrap
Keep your area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
CNC operating experience (mills and/or lathes)
Ability to read prints and use inspection tools
Understanding of feeds, speeds, and offsets
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable, team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow on 2nd shift
