A highly respected, boutique estate planning and business law firm in the St. Louis area is seeking a full-time, senior-level Paralegal to join their dynamic team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys with:
Drafting and preparing estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney)
Preparing funding documents (including deeds and closely held business transfers)
Supporting Trust Administration and Probate cases, including preparing court filings and related documentation
Managing casework from inception to completion, with direct client communication and follow-up
Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule (no weekends)

Minimum 8 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
Paralegal certification or equivalent qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estate planning software (e.g., Wealth Counsel) preferred
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent client service
